1. 7-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be securely packaged and sent back to our headquarters in Karachi.
2. Our "Results Guarantee" (Fungal Infection Policy)
We are confident in the herbal efficacy of our Zero Fungus Fungal Treatment Cream. If you have used the product as directed (twice daily on a clean, dry area) and your fungal infection is not treated or shows no improvement, we will accept your return and issue a refund, even if the jar has been opened and used.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or request a refund under our results guarantee, please follow these simple steps:

Our customer support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide you with instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item or approve your claim under the results guarantee:

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or sent via an agreed-upon local bank transfer/digital wallet within 5 to 7 business days.
