1. Shipping Nationwide

We are proud to serve customers all across the country. Whether you live in a major metropolitan city or a remote town, we ship our products everywhere within Pakistan.

2. 100% Free Shipping

To give you the best possible shopping experience, we offer Free Shipping on all orders all over Pakistan. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees at checkout—the price you see for the product is exactly what you pay.

3. Delivery Timeline

We know you are eager to start your natural healing journey, which is why we work with premium local courier partners to ensure rapid delivery:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PKT) are typically dispatched from our Karachi facility on the same working day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your unique Tracking Number. You can use this number on our partner courier’s website to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

5. Delivery Address Adjustments

Please ensure that your delivery address, phone number, and city code are correct at checkout. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please email us immediately at contact@airaherbals.pk. Once an item has been handed over to the courier, we are unfortunately unable to alter the destination address.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your parcel arrives physically damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it from the rider and contact us immediately. In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement jar to you at no extra cost.
